Biella is a town in Piedmont. It is the chief town of the province with the same name and stands alongside the foothills of the Alps, in the middle of mountain ranges rich in sources feeding torrents such as Elvo, to the west, and Oropa and Cervo to the east of the town. A lot of lamp-posts Arona with coloured metacrylate poles have been installed in Biella.
