Sedriano’s origins go back to at least the Longobards’ times. It ad been a holiday resort for the Milanese patrician aristocracy and, in 1859 was involved in the battle of Magenta. Modernity broke into the town in 1879 with the arrival of the tracks “Gambadelegn”, a famous steam tramline from Milan.
The Church of San Bernardino and the Parrocchiale di San Remigio are worth seeing.
Sedriano has been supplied with some kiosks mod. Hortae System and a pavilion mod. Arco, realized upon a special design in a rectangular shape.
