Crema is in an equidistant position from the largest towns in the Po valley. It stands near the River Serio, and has important trades, industries and farms. Crema was a medieval castle and belonged to Cremona first, then to the Viscontis and, from mid-Fourteenth century to 1797, to the Republic of Venice.
Among the monuments worth visiting, the following ones can be mentioned: the Trinity Church, the Duomo, St. Dominic’s Theatre and the City Hall with its tower, the Torrazzo.
In Crema the following items have been installed: several elements of street furniture, among which litter bins mod. Rico and park benches mod. Adia.
