Larciano is a small town with scattered houses and 6,133 inhabitants in the province of Pistoia. Its Town Hall is in the village of San Rocco Larcianese. Larciano is in the east of Valdinievole, a valley stretching from the slopes of Montalbano to the area of Padule di Fucecchio and to the south-east end of the Lucca Plain.
