RAPID ASSEMBLY
Each part of the Hortae kiosk has been designed to be assembled mortar free and quickly.
The complete structure of the kiosk can be installed in two days’ work, and no heavy or large pieces of equipment are needed, no welding is done on site. By means of the accompanying instruction manual the firm provides, a team of three persons hired locally can perform the work without problems. The glazed parts are inserted into the aluminium frames, complete with weather seals. The standard glass used is chamber type 3+3 / 6 (chamber)/ 3+3 and the blank panels are in aluminium with 30 mm of insulating material placed inside.
TECHNICAL COMPONENTS
Internal load bearing structure made up of eight pillars in galvanized steel. These are fitted with sockets that serve as support structure for the wall and decoration frames. Wall frames, window fittings, finishing in extruded aluminium. Extruded aluminium technology allows a system made up of various interchangeable parts (walls, decoration frames, covering) to be achieved; this makes the system customisable: the client may choose from four types of wall, decide whether or not to include decorations and decide on the type of finishing for the covering. Interchangeability of components makes it further possible to replace broken or worn parts without incurring high maintenance costs.
Panelling is made up of a sandwich panel in aluminium sheet and insulating material insert.
The glass parts are in chamber (insulating) armoured glass fitted with seals (EPDM).
The covering is in made to measure panels in resin with insulating material inserted. Decorations in aluminium fusion. The Hortae kiosk is equipped with system of decorative elements which give it style and value. These elements are made from aluminium by shell moulding. The decorations made from aluminium have numerous advantages compared to those in cast iron: greater resistance to weathering without the risk of rust; greater lightness which facilitates assembly and dismantling of the structure; improved features in detail finishing.
CUSTOMISED DESIGN AND OPTIONALS
The Hortae kiosk is made up of a fixed base structure and additional interchangeable parts depending on needs.
Walls. There are 4 standard types and others can be prepared by design.
Decorations. In the above light band decorations that can be handled independently of the rest of the structure are set.
Lighting. The above light band the panels can be backlit to create special scenic effects or to display advertising images.
Electrical plant. Is handled by the client directly so as to meet the specific of the case. If requested Ghisamestieri can always supply this item too.
Furnishings and floor. Furnishings can be handed by the client directly. Ghisamestieri has standard furnishings to meet the demands of news-stands, info-point, bar, and florist’s available.
Conditioning plant. The kiosk is set up to receive any type of plant available in the marketplace, the client or the firm can take care of this.
