Mr Cesare Battelli, an artist and architect, was born in Italy in 1963. He teaches architectural design at the IE University of Segovia, Madrid.
He mainly devotes himself to experimentations in the art field and vision architecture as well as to realizing architectural designs in different scales.
He graduated at the Venice School of Architecture with an architectural design developed in the Moscow School of Geography and Architecture and obtained a master’s degree in architecture at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste, Städelschule in Frankfurt under the tutorage of Enric Miralles.
He has travelled and worked in several European Countries (Venice, Moscow, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Madrid) .
He joined the publishing group of the magazine “Utopica”.
He has written articles for several architecture magazines since the eighties such as A.E., Novalis, Utopica and so on, and has given lectures in a lot of European Universities.
In 1996 he promoted the “Einander Group” and later the “Meta-morphic Group” until 2002, when he embarked on a solo professional career, maintaining some collaboration relationships with world-famous Studios.
The designs he realized since the early nineties were published by the following magazines: El Croquis, Architectural Monographs (A.D.), Diseño Interior, Frame, Spazio e Architettura, Architettura Cronache e Storia.
